**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical office is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Epic or Dentrix.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
