This position supports the Marketing Department across several disciplines, including but not limited to social media (Tiktok, X, Instagram), data analytics, content production (copy, audio & video), and community outreach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Draft, propose, and create relevant social media content according to schedule
- Identify potential social media opportunities for brand exposure and connection
- Liaise with university student organizations for networking purposes and potential event opportunities
- Assist Marketing Specialist in analyzing assigned platform data
- Contribute to overall content development strategy and production
- Contribute to the development of our social media strategy, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages
- Work with the customer support team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our marketing efforts and used to improve our platform and user experience

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursing or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tactics
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
