ASM Chilltech is BGIS company. ASM Chilltech provides Commercial Plumbing, HVAC & Mechanical Services maintenance, repair, and installation solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.

We are seeking a HVAC Contract Manager to be an integral part of our growing Service & Maintenance Team primary objective of this role is people and workflow management within a time-critical, employee and customer-orientated environment

The successful applicant will be able to communicate well to engage and grow relationships with those we are servicing. Clients' facilities are spread throughout the Government, Education and Healthcare Industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an integral part of our team, you'll bring your knowledge and experience along with:

- Experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance, within the commercial & industrial Sector
- Experience in Contract Management, Proficient time management, communication and organizational & reporting skills
- The ability to establish, develop, maintain and increase relationships, revenue and profitability with existing customers
- Team player with the ability to lead & guide others
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement to ensure our customers expectations are met both through Quality & OH&S
- Determine job priorities and communicate clearly with Co Ordinators and technicians
- Coordinate, compile and submit the required paperwork and other procedures including customer quotations, OHSQ&E site audits,
- Maintain industry knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest changes and advances within the field
- Pride in your work and a focus on high quality & working well within a team
- Great personal presentation & punctual
