We are looking for a full time **Warehouse Coordinator** to join our team. The scope of work for this position will be picking/packing/shipping stock to stores, online order fulfillment, and performing general warehouse duties.

**Position Description**:

- Process inventory receiving, transfers and maintain records on ERP system.
- Manage internal and external documents
- Support inventory process
- Support Finance team with data entry work.
- Support supervisory staff by performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, etc.
- Occasional picking and packing is expected during the busy season.
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

**Position Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize and execute
