- Needed for Full Time Permanent Positions for Larger New Construction Projects:
Our company specializes in non-market and commercial projects in the Lower-mainland that are typically funded by various levels of Government. We offer stable long term work for dedicated tradespeople, we have never been busier and will continue to be very busy for years to come as Governments provide stimulus for Post Covid recovery. Our typical Projects are larger Concrete offices, social housing, seniors hospitals, wood frame supportive housing etc. in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland areas. Journeyman and 3rd to 4th year Apprentices also required.

We have a large project list that currently reaches out 3 years or more and have many more in the pipeline. We have been around for over 25 years; through good times and bad. We understand what it takes to have a successful business and provide stable employment even in challenging times.

Wages are based on experience level; they are very competitive. We feel our wage and benefits package including medical and dental, are appealing to most. Apprentice hourly wage based on experience level.

**Salary**: $34.00-$45.00 per hour
