**Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.**

**Experience**:
**1st year Apprentice: You are new to the trade - welcome to your new career - no prior experience is required.**

**2nd year Apprentice**: 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 1 plumbing technical training.

**3rd year Apprentice**: 2 - 3 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 2 plumbing technical training.

**4th year Apprentice**: 3 - 4 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 3 plumbing technical training.
