The G.O.A.T Tap & Eatery is looking for **skilled and passionate Line Cooks** to join our dynamic team at our LaSalle Location If you have **at least 2 years of experience** in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and a passion for **fresh, quality food**, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and quality
- Work efficiently in a **fast-paced, high-volume** kitchen environment
- Maintain high **food safety & sanitation standards**:

- Collaborate with a **tight-knit team** to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in **prep work, station organization, and inventory control**

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience in Kitchen experience**
**Strong**knife skills, cooking techniques, and station management
**Ability to**work under pressure **and execute dishes with speed & accuracy**
**Knowledge of**food safety, handling, and cleanliness
**A**team player **with a strong work ethic and positive attitude**
**Passion for**scratch cooking, fresh ingredients, and creating great food
