We're currently looking for experienced **Line Cooks** with a passion for Italian cuisine to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes with attention to detail and consistency.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Follow recipes and portioning standards to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Manage and rotate inventory to minimize waste.
- Contribute to a positive team environment with effective communication.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards to create a memorable dining experience for our customers.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a line cook, with a focus on Italian cuisine.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Italian ingredients, cooking techniques, and recipes.
- **Reliability**: Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
