This role is ideal for someone who is **data and AI savvy** (or interested) and eager to help across various **HR projects**. This **entry-level role** is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in **Human Resources** and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Work Term Duration**:Winter 2026**: - January 5th, 2026 to April 24th, 2026 **Location**: DECIEM Head Office -15 Fraser Ave, Toronto, ON M6K 1Y7 **Hourly Rate** is $22.00/hour **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Participate in and support various HR projects. - Assist with administrative and analytical work as we move through integration. - Provide administrative support for HR programs and day-to-day operations, including preparation of documents, forms, employment letters, onboarding and offboarding actions, and other employee change related processes - Explore and help implement AI into our processes. - Perform other related administrative duties to support the broader People & Culture team **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**: - Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and Strong Analytical Skills - Proficient in using various technologies and tools, and interested in AI - Comfortable working with data and learning new HR systems (e.g., HRIS) Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset and Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information - **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
