**Responsibilities**

- Plan menus that balance creativity with operational feasibility, incorporating dietary requirements and client preferences.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas.
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Supervise shift operations, including staffing schedules, training new team members, and maintaining a motivated workforce focused on teamwork and excellence.
**Experience**
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a busy kitchen setting.
- Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and food service management.
- Experience with banquet service, catering operations, and large-scale event coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Previous roles involving restaurant or hospitality management will be considered an asset for leadership capabilities.
