**ABOUT**: _Nakos Greek GrillTM_, is an authentic Greek _“souvlatzidiko”, _featuring “street-style” souvlaki and gyros, with daily features of home-cooked dishes from recipes that were passed down from generation to generation. Found all over Greece, a _“souvlatzidiko”_ is recognized by its walk-up window, and smaller, pita-wrapped souvlaki and gyros that are stuffed with French fries, tzatziki, onions and tomatoes. _Nakos Greek GrillTM _will showcase Southern Greece flavours with foods prepared in a true, traditional Greek style. The emphasis will be on the authenticity of ingredients, preparation and presentation.
