Valet Person

**Weins Auto Group** is looking for a **Valet Person** at** **Lexus of Richmond Hill**. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our service team. This position is an integral role at Weins Auto Group and will provide front-end support for our customers and service team during our busiest season

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests arriving at the Service Drive-Thru in a friendly and professional manner, delivering consistent and professional customer service.
- Assessing guest needs and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.
- Pick-up or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested
- Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.
- Provide assistance to guests upon return, directing them to the appropriate party for check out and, as required, locating vehicle and bringing it to the Service Drive-Thru
- Assist with general duties requested by management

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
- A valid Ontario Class “G” driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Attention to detail
