At **Element Martial Arts**, we’re looking for a **Front Desk Associate** who’s more than just organized, someone who’s passionate about people, inspired by martial arts, and ready to help our community grow.

This isn’t a typical front desk job. You’ll be the **face of the dojo**:welcoming families, supporting students, capturing the action for social media, and keeping the gym running smoothly. And the best part? You’ll get **free access to all classes and our training facility** so you can live the lifestyle alongside our students.

**Shifts We’re Hiring For**

We are currently looking for someone to cover these **regular weekly shifts**:

- Mondays: 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Tuesdays: 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Sundays: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Must also be **flexible to cover other shifts** when needed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Be the welcoming, friendly face of Element: greet and assist members with confidence and warmth.
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and day-to-day admin with professionalism.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Use the **Mindbody platform** for scheduling, client management, and payments.
- Capture and share content on **Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram**: recording training, posting stories, and highlighting our dojo culture.
- Support instructors and staff with daily operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **1+ year of customer service experience** (fitness/martial arts setting preferred).
- Comfortable with **Mindbody** (or similar scheduling/membership platforms).
- Social media savvy, confident recording/posting engaging content.
- Professional, reliable, and organized.
- **Confident, friendly, and approachable,**people naturally feel at ease with you.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
