**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, maintain wireless network and power systems and related equipment.
- Operate bucket trucks for aerial installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient telecommunication services.
- Perform low voltage electrical work related to network infrastructure.
- Conduct inspections and tests on telecommunications equipment to ensure functionality.
- Assist in the installation of WAN (Wide Area Network) systems.
- Utilize forklifts when necessary for transporting materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights or with electrical systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecommunications Technician or similar role.
- Working at heights certified.
- OSHA 10/30 certificate preferred.
- Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and forklifts.
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with LAN, V-LAN technologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in the telecommunications field.
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., telecommunications, electrical) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$31.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
