**Responsibilities**:
**Here's a glimpse into your daily tasks**:

- Installing lines and antennas;
- Installing microwave links, replacing microwave dishes;
- Installing and maintaining indoor wireless networks;
- Setting up fiber optic cabling;
- Adding equipment to existing structures or dismantling equipment or structures;
- Maintaining telecommunications towers;
- Fiber optic tasks (replacement and/or installation, verification);
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication equipment;
- Other tasks related to company operations.

Qualifications:
**Summary of desired skills for success in this position**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Aerial Technician in Telecommunication (cellular networks experience preferred)
- Leadership qualities
- Autonomy, methodical approach, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel extensively within the province and occasionally to other provinces for projects
- Excellent physical fitness and strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work at heights (from 0 to 300 meters)
- Ability to work in challenging weather conditions both in summer and winter
- Strong adaptability skills
