We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Physician Relations and Sales Manager to lead the growth of Alpha Laboratories’ client base by acquiring, onboarding, and retaining physicians and medical clinics. In this role, you will serve as a key representative of Alpha, fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and developing organization wide growth strategies. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will identify service opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure that our offerings are aligned with the needs of our physician clients.

**Business Development**
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities by engaging with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations to grow Alpha’s client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve business development and revenue growth targets across all Alpha service areas.
- Effectively position and promote Alpha’s service offerings, clearly articulating our value proposition in competitive scenarios.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging needs, and untapped segments to support lead generation and sales planning.
- Identify and implement sales and marketing growth strategies to expand physician and clinic adoption of Alpha’s laboratory services.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as a primary liaison between Alpha Laboratories and physicians, clinics, and other community healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients across all service areas.
- Understand healthcare provider needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Alpha’s services.
- Travel regularly to Patient Service Centers, doctors’ offices, and other healthcare facilities to maintain engagement and build trust.
- Support initiatives related to the Ministry of Health to enhance Alpha’s competitive positioning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in sales, or business development within healthcare or medical diagnostics.
- Proven success in sales, client engagement, and strategic planning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting KPIs and using data to guide decisions.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally (e.g., operations, client services, leadership teams).
