**About the role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Industry Services (IS) team in supporting a safe, efficient bulk milk transportation system by ensuring compliance among Bulk Transport Milk Graders (BTMGs) and receiving staff at Manitoba processors.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Work collaboratively with the transportation team and IS Director to find efficiencies in milk routing
- Attend weekly Western Milk Pool (WMP) transportation group meetings
- Perform regular ride-along audits ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements are met
- Provide guidance and feedback to BTMGs and their employer on areas of improvement
- Participate in the daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation of milk volumes
- Facilitate audit programs of processor sampling procedures
- Participate in month end milk pooling activities

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agriculture
- A diploma or certificate from a recognized institution in logistics and supply management and/or business administration.
- Knowledge of transportation and highway regulations
- Knowledge of lab settings and how milk samples would be an asset
- Knowledge of agricultural supply chains would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to communicate complex information clearly
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
- Full professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.

Pay: $56,700.00-$63,400.00 per year
