We are currently seeking additional serving staff to join our growing team Shifts vary in length, averaging from 4-6 hours, or 5-8 hours IHOP Winnipeg is open 6:30am to 9:00pm Sunday
- Thursdays, and 6:30am to 10:00pm Friday & Saturday

- **Duties**_:

- Welcome all guests into our establishment
- Advise on the best food and drink choices for each guest and answer questions
- Take orders and deliver them to the table accurately following guidelines set by IHOP Corporate
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Deliver checks and accept payment
- Work with other staff as a team or independently
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
- Follow all steps highlighted in our Standard Operating Procedures

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Server, or FOH Staff Member
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
- Customer-oriented and guest service focused.
- Working knowledge of basic cash handling and POS operations.
- Outstanding people & team work skills
- Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
- Good physical condition
- Presents self well when under stress
- High school diploma; food safety training will be a plus
- Smart Choices Liquor Certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $13.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
