**Position Overview**:

- Analyze, design, implement, and validate dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Make technological adjustments to current BI process to improve performance.
- Develop paginated reports / SSRS reports.
- Handles support requests and issues related to dashboards/reports implementation.
- Follow standard procedures for the design and development of dashboards and reports.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to Business Intelligence solutions.
- Deliver well-designed, performance-optimized, adequately commented, testable and efficient code.
- Assist with data analysis to produce relevant insights and metrics.
- Effectively communicate business and technical issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Multi-task as you support all business requirements within various contracts.
- Support the continuous improvement of the client-focused implementation of dashboards/reports process.
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data & Analytics or relevant training experience.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Prior experience creating dashboards.
- Solid understanding of database concepts.
- Experience with SQL.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience in any statistical tools. (i.e. Python, R, MATLAB, etc)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel between to US and Canada without any restrictions.
