**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up materials and tools.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- Operate various types of large equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the duration of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
