Bayco Golf is one of the largest suppliers of Golf Course accessories across the world and we’ve been in business for 30+ years.

We are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time, 40 hours a week We want a positive and self-motivated individual to join our team. We want someone that has previous experience with e-commerce/online sales

Duties and responsibilities:

- Respond to online requests and quotes from our current website.
- Promote new products that Bayco Golf
- Find new items that Bayco Golf can sell
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts / customers
- Enter orders and other tasks in our inventory control system
- Follow up with customer inquiries
- Further develop new and existing business through creative approaches such as presentations, product and program offerings
- Understand our product lines and be willing to learn how to promote them
- Be able to analyze data and communicate it to customers.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the golf industry
- 1-2 Years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft office
- Extremely well organized
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Telephone skills/Customer Service/communication skills are a must
- Work done in a timely manner
- Computer Savvy
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment

**Education or experience that prepares you for success**:

- High School diploma
- Familiarity with/Passion for Golf

Software and Technical Requirements:

- Microsoft Office
- Syspro an Asset

**Job Types**: Full-time 40 Hours Per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

**Salary**: To be determined upon experience

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of Syspro is an asset
- Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify is an asset
