**A Day in the Life**

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play an important part of the facilities team by assisting with maintenance needs, deliveries and pick-ups between our Distribution Centers. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

**All About You**

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

- General Facility Maintenance knowledge (plumbing, flooring, racking, electrical, HVAC)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with a familiarity of industrial hand tools and equipment
- Must be able to learn and successfully pass a certification to operate specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks, scissor lifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by exhibiting good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves:

- Must have 1+ years of general facility maintenance experience
- Must have 6+ months forklift experience and good to have on a cherry picker
- Must have the ability to work safely at elevated heights
- Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

**Things You Will be Doing**
- Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks, scissor lifts.
- Organizing and setting up workstations within the warehouse aligned with health, safety and other applicable code regulations.
- Oversee all vendors who are contracted to work on NRI premises by receiving clearance letters, liability insurance and conduct minor orientations with contractor.
- Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
