Eagle Ranch Resort is perched atop a spectacular bluff overlooking the magnificent Columbia River and sparkling waters of Lake Windermere. Only a few kilometers from downtown Invermere, we are a short distance from beaches, shopping, and world-renowned outdoor activities.

This part time position will require working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Respond to building and guest room deficiencies
- Identify and correct system breakdowns to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Perform minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems and security systems
- Refurbish/ repair/ paint furniture and fixtures.
- Maintaining clear communication with all parties when coordinating trades to perform major repairs
- Assisting management and co-workers with building deficiencies and guest and employee safety concerns.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's licence with clean drivers abstract.
- Working in all weather conditions, repetitive tasks, lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Previous Health and Safety training and WHMIS
- Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
- Lift up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly
- Capable of operating machinery and equipment
- Demonstrate professional radio etiquette
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work alone

Pay: $45,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
