**Part-time/Full-time Behaviour Assistant**

We are looking for a friendly individual who enjoys working with children to join us at the Abbotsford branch of Meadow Minds. We are currently operating in a clinic space at 3670 Townline Road. Here at Meadow Minds, we value the quality of our services to ensure our clients improve their speech and language skills. Behaviours assistants are supervised/mentored by a BC so they feel supported as they treat clients.
- **We require someone who is available on Saturdays (10 am -6 pm), Sundays (9 am -6 pm), Wednesdays (5 - 8 pm), Thursdays (5 - 8 pm), and Fridays (5 - 8 pm) the days and times are not negotiable as these are the only days the clinic space is available for the assistant). See below for required hours**:_
- _**Saturday/Sunday: 10 am - 6pm **_
- _**Monday/ Tuesday: Off**_
- _**Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: 5 pm - 8 pm**_
- **Please note, initially the position will offer part time hours per week as we build the caseload, and will eventually we will offer more hours per week to fill up all your availability. **_
- Provide 1-2 hour treatment sessions to clients in our clinic space equipped with needed toys
- Under the supervision of a Behaviour Consultant, to provide services to children with behaviour concerns
- Regularly communicate with a Behaviour Consultant about progress and/or concerns about clients
- Document progress after every session with each client, detailing progress
- Sanitize equipment before and after each home visit

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree/diploma or related coursework/experience
- Experience in behaviour analysis
- Motivation to learn treatment strategies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Be able to commit for at least one year
- Playful
