RB&W Corporation of Canada is a leader in cold-forming technology and is one of the largest producers of cold-formed parts in the U.S. RB&W Corporation’s industrial products and engineering expertise have provided a variety of industries worldwide with innovative and effective manufacturing solutions.

This role is focused on providing technical support and leadership in the areas of ERP. As a member of the IT/Finance team, the Analyst interacts with all departments to identify issues, determine options and implement ERP solutions that are aligned with the business.

More specifically, the key functions are as follows:

- SQL Report writing
- Data extraction and financial reporting utilizing PLEX ERP, Excel, Pivot tables and various other databases
- Forge relationships within the business, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations and requirements
- End user support for PLEX ERP system
- Minimal travel required to other RB&W locations
- Shop floor hardware support PC support
- Barcode Printers and Handheld devices to support Plant
- PC setup and configuration.:
The ideal qualifications include:

- 2-5 years ERP Application experience in Manufacturing environment
- 5 plus years of functional analyst experience in like systems such as SAP/JD Edwards/Epicor
- Functional analyst experience with Procurement, Inventory management and shop floor management modules and processes in addition to basic knowledge across other modules
- Experience with integration and system transitions
- Post-Secondary at a minimum in Business or Computer science
- Strong Excel, database knowledge and data extraction and report creation skills
- Demonstrated experience in SQL report writing
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, work on multiple initiatives concurrently
