**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Analyst to oversee project progress across multiple client engagements. This role is pivotal in managing our Asana boards, conducting project scrums, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular updates and collaborative requirement gathering and testing approaches. Your contributions will be crucial in helping us estimate projects, create detailed project plans, and ultimately drive the success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor project progress across diverse client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee our project management tools, specifically Asana boards, to ensure tasks and milestones are accurately tracked and updated.
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to align project objectives and address any roadblocks.
- Act as the primary liaison between our firm and clients, providing regular project updates and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and testing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Champion client satisfaction by proactively addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in project estimation and the creation of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget considerations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within a consulting or tech environment.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a client-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.
- A passion for continuous learning and development, with a keen interest in data solutions and consulting.
- Experience with any of the following technologies would be considered a strong asset: Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Tableau, Looker
