**Job Description**:
We are looking for someone who will be versatile and ensure the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements including safety and environmental needs.

What your responsible for:

- Dealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organization's objectives, regulations, and procedures.
- Coordinating, organize and supervise his/her team in order to carry out the various day-to-day activities of operations and to ensure that the schedule is followed.
- Taking the necessary measures to protect health and safety to prevent work-related accidents.

**Qualifications**:

- No metal scrap experience needed
- You have strong communication skills, can take initiative and lead a team
- You have strong health and safety skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

**HEALTH AND SAFETY**
- Must work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and follow in accordance with AIM’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for reporting all accidents, illnesses, or ‘near miss’ incidents to management

**HOURS OF WORK**
- Permanent full-time position
- 44 hours per week, able to work extended hours/weekends when deemed necessary
