**About Us**

New Beginnings Recovery Home is a safe, supportive space for individuals on their recovery journey. Our mission is to provide a structured, welcoming environment where clients can focus on healing and rebuilding their lives. We believe in compassion, respect, and creating a positive atmosphere for everyone in our care.

We are looking for Support Staff to assist and supervise residents during weekday shifts Monday - Friday. Your role is to keep the environment safe, structured, and calm while helping with basic needs when required.

**Available Shifts**:

- **Monday - Friday 4pm - 12:15am**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise residents and maintain a safe, structured environment.
- Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and enforce house rules.
- Complete documentation, incident reports, and shift logs.
- Assist with medication administration (training provided).
- Support meal prep and daily routines as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in addiction recovery or mental health (preferred).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction (asset).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, empathetic, and able to work independently.
