**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a SUPER fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
