XXL SCRUNCHIE & CO —a family-run business. We design and handcraft oversized scrunchies, hair accessories, and apparel from our 4,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Belleville Ontario. Our team thrives on creativity, quality, and community, with #gobigorgohome at the heart of everything we do.

**The Role**
We’re looking for a Fulfillment & Shipping Assistant to join our team. While a big part of this role is carefully packaging and shipping customer orders using our Mac-based shipping software, your day-to-day won’t always look the same. When you’re not fulfilling orders, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by stocking packaging areas, building boxes, counting inventory, and even learning how to make our signature scrunchies. This position is perfect for someone who can work independently, takes initiative, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Package and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate Mac and shipping software accurately
- Keep packaging areas stocked and organized
- Build shipping boxes and restock supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and organization
- Learn and support scrunchie production (inserting elastic, tying, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team

**Schedule**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
