Manco HR is looking for a **Metal Fabricator** for an exciting client in **London, ON**

**3+ years of experience with Metal Fabrication required

**Key Qualifications**:
**Precision Fabrication**:
Demonstrate a strong ability to fabricate based on detailed drawing plans, ensuring accuracy and quality in the manufacturing and erection of steel structures.

**Welding Expertise**:
Showcase a strong proficiency in welding processes, particularly GMAW (Mig) and GTAW (Tig) welding techniques.

**Metal Mastery**:
Exhibit a strong ability to work with various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

**Equipment Proficiency**:
Operate welding equipment (manual or semi-automatic) and a range of metal shaping tools, such as saws (coldsaw and bandsaw), shear, brake, grinders, notchers, rollers, drill presses, and flame torch cutters.

**Efficient Execution**:
Ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Finishing Touch**:
Utilize your skills in grinding and finishing to add the final touch to completed products.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Perform basic maintenance on welding and forming equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

**Forklift Operation**:
Exhibit the ability to operate a forklift with precision and safety.

**Quality Assurance**:
Take responsibility for conducting quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet our high standards.

**Team Collaboration**:
Thrive in a team environment, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision.

**Adaptability**:
Stay alert to changes in drawings and effectively communicate such changes to project managers and detailers.

**Analytical and Detail-Oriented**:
Bring analytical skills, organizational finesse, attention to detail, and outstanding multitasking abilities to every project.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
