Our focus as a team is client retention, and providing each and every client with a refreshing, red carpet, full service real estate experience from beginning to end. We pride ourselves on the fact that a large portion of our business is referral based. We primarily work in the areas of Durham Region, Peterborough County, Kawartha Lakes.
**Job description**
The Part Time Real Estate Administrator will report into our Marketing & Operations Manager, and will assist with the day to day administrative and client care tasks. We are seeking an individual who is motivated, organized and has a strong background in administration, computer literacy and jives with our culture.

**Some of the tasks that are expected (but not limited to)**
- Prepare MLS Drafts
- Preparing Real Estate Forms & Documents
- Data Entry
- Client Care & Communication
- Maintaining Database
- Consult & coordinate with sellers regarding all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities
- Communicating with townships to gather information on data on properties
- Set up MLS searches for clients
- CRM management
**REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE**:
- A Background in Real Estate is an asset but not required
- Administrative Experience
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Strong Creative Writing Skills
- A Very Strong Attention To Detail
*Pay will commensurate with experience
The location of this position is a hybrid between our Whitby office, our Cavan office & work from home.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
