This position responds to water, fire, and other related emergencies in residential homes and commercial properties. Duties include demolition of building materials, content handling, stabilizing disasters, and other related items. This entry level position is a great position for someone looking to get into trades. You start with removal of all construction materials and then learn how to reconstruct as you grow your skills. We are a one stop shop that allows someone to learn every trade to see which direction they may want to go and get certified as you go.

You must be able to do the following:

- Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
- Safe use of power tools and hand tools
- Willing to work within an On-Call rotation for after-hour emergency's
- Able to lift 30-40 lbs
- Able to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers 75-100 lbs
- Ø Attend scheduled productions meetings

Ø Participate in ‘on-call’ rotations

Ø Keep management abreast of any concerns or opportunities

Ø Mediate and resolve disputes

Ø Ensure compliance with health and safety and reporting requirements

Ø Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client facing activities

Ø Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency

Ø Establish positive rapport with clients when possible

Ø Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client

Ø Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

Ø Adherence to all company workplace policies

Ø Attend courses and seminars as required by management

Ø Obtain certifications as required by management

Ø Perform other duties as may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
