**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced **Window & Door Installer** who takes pride in their craftsmanship, fits in well with a close-knit crew, and is committed to doing the job right the first time. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Install windows and exterior doors with precision and care
- Perform tear-outs and replacements with mínimal disruption to the home
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work sites
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and contractors
- Identify and report any issues or structural concerns during installation
- Follow company-specific installation methods (we’re happy to teach you)
- Collaborate and contribute positively to team culture
- Occasionally assist with siding installations (a plus)

**Requirements**:

- Experience in window and door installation.
- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy windows/doors and climb ladders
- Must bring your own basic hand tools and CSA-approved work boots, power tools provided by us
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our installation standards
- Strong attention to detail — we don’t cut corners or hide issues
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Experience in siding installation is a strong asset.

**Wage and Benefits**
- Starting wage: 24.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime paid after 44 hours
- Health benefits after 3 months
- Two weeks paid vacation, plus an additional 2 weeks off over Christmas (unpaid)
- Paid team breakfast at a local restaurant on a regular basis, other events during the year

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday, start time 7:00 AM
- Typical end of day between 4:00-5:00 PM (once the job is done)
- Occasional weekend work (1-2 times per year, max)
