We are currently seeking a **passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Toddler Program)**to join our dynamic, diverse team. If you are caring, energetic, creative, and committed to the development of young children, we’d love to meet you

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Montessori principles.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all students.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning.
- Encourage independence and self-directed learning among students.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse needs.

**Requirements**:

- B.C. Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Educator Certificate (required)

- Current First Aid Certification
- Proof of vaccinations and immunization status
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and reliability
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Ability to inspire young learners

Pay: $23.02-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
