**Job Summary**
Our Residential Sales and Customer Service Representatives are responsible for closing sales and providing customer service support for franchises of our two brands that pay for Call Center support. We offer comprehensive training from day one and have coaches who are dedicated to your success in meeting our sales performance objectives as well as providing exceptional customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close Deals with Confidence: Use your expertise to close deals over the phone. You'll be well-versed in our diverse range of services, tailoring your pitch to resonate with each homeowner's requirements and concerns.
- Advocate Our Values: As the front line of our business, you'll not just sell services but also represent our core values of being authentic, driven, trustworthy, supportive, and pioneering. Your interactions with potential clients represent all of Happinest Brands.
- Engage with Genuine Interest: Build authentic connections with homeowners who reach out to us, keen on leveraging our services. Your approach will not just be about selling but understanding their needs and guiding them to the best solutions.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Our customers are our number one priority and ensuring we help educate, answer their questions and solve their problems while also maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude is of utmost importance.

**Skills**
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
**Compensation**
Hourly rate of $19.50 plus attainable Biweekly performance bonus. Review of hourly wage after 23 months.
