**A day on the job**

You will be working remotely with your activities directed from our Vaughan, Ontario office. You will be required to visit the Vaughan shop to load up equipment, parts, and consumables as required for your jobs.

You arrive at job sites and perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems with the onsite generators (oil changes, etc.) You will work on a variety of systems including continuously operating generator sets, cogeneration equipment, and standby emergency generators. Upon completion of a job you log your activity with our computer system.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education with a diploma/degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence, maintain a clean driving record and be willing to provide driver’s abstract
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (English)
- Computer proficiency with a strong knowledge of MS Office and social media tools (texting, Skype, etc.)
- Must be willing to travel across Ontario, overnight stays may be required
- Knowledge of CSA C282-15 - Guidelines for Generator Maintenance is an asset (As well make sure to tell us about any licences you might possess OBT1, 309A, PM-3, 310T and 310S)
- **Experience with natural gas and/or diesel engines and/or cogeneration equipment is a major asset**
