Marketing Associate

Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe.
We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate to join our team.
The Marketing Associate will provide daily support to the company’s marketing team. Marketing objectives include improving on existing and the creation of new marketing materials while maintaining our brand image and vision.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Create new product datasheets and update existing datasheets while maintaining consistency in corporate branding.
- Assist with updating website content through WordPress platform.
- Generate social media posts adhering to best practices and brand standards.
- Coordinate the creation of brand materials, sales team communications and customer support resources including how-to videos, product manuals, etc.
- Manage marketing assets, ensuring elements are up-to-date and relevant (eg. clean up the server folders).
- Review, adjust and make recommendations to existing or new Google AdWords campaigns and website SEO.
- Other marketing objectives that are developed throughout the year.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Post secondary in marketing, digital marketing, advertising or related preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be beneficial or technical writing.
- Adobe Suite, primarily InDesign and PhotoShop.
- WordPress.
- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords and other SEO tools.
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Detail-oriented, action-oriented, and results-focused.
