**Responsibilities**:

- Positively promoting the restaurant and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Memorizing the menu, the cocktail list and understand dishes and cocktails
- Attending pre-shift meetings to stay informed of any changes in the restaurant menu or service
- Shift preparation, service and closing duties
- Following Serving It Right guidelines to ensure guest safety
- Pairing wines with different menu items
- Serving drinks to guests in a knowledgeable and professional way
- Offering service support to any team members when needed
- Understanding and embracing the current food & beverage programs, incentives and information on frequent guests
- Keeping up to date on promotions.
- Maintaining effective communication with the restaurant and bar teams and the managers
- Any other duties that may be assigned periodically
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Qualifications**:

- Serving It Right
- Previous experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Must be residing in Whistler, Pemberton, Squamish area.
