**The Role**:
**Key Duties**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries regarding radio products, installations, and repairs.
- Develop solid relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service with existing and new customers.
- Coordinating and supporting the Sales and Service team operations at the branch
- Assist customers by troubleshooting radio problems in collaboration with Sales and/or Service Departments.
- Take pride in your work and work space, maintaining a professional, neat, and tidy front showroom, workstation, and warehouse area.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service/office administrative experience or a similar front desk role.
- Experience in a technical service industry is an asset.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior time management, multitasking, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the Internet.
- Working knowledge of ERP and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license is required with access to reliable transportation.
