- Store Manager_

**Department**:

- Sales_

**Summary of Position**:

- The Salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all Marnics Mobile customers, achieving sales target, and performing all sales related tasks and duties as required._

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with all sales related matters (customer support, repair(s) check in, product sales, warranty claims, Bell sales, returns, etc.) always offering the best solution and performing all related tasks and duties as trained
- Ensure customers are satisfied and adequately taken care of, at all times; providing the highest quality customer service.
- Aim to achieve sales targets and exceeding metrics set by management
- Use and develop basic diagnostic skills to Check-in devices for repair
- Perform Opening and closing duties
- Assist in upkeep with storefront hygiene, organization, and consistency with the Planogram.
- Complete training and keep up to date with new training assigned to your role.
- Comply with all Health and Safety Procedures
- Shipping and Receiving of Packages, and inventory counts.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- _ Experience selling phones and phone plans is extra_
- _ Eager and willingness to learn and grow_
- _ Comfortable working in a fast-paced high pressure environment_

**Skills**:

- Customer service skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Adequate organizational and problem solving skills

**Location**:

- Employment for Sales Representatives will take place at their own Marnics store locations 100% of the time._

**Type of Employment**:

- Full-time, part-time_
