**Position: Home Support Worker / Personal Support Worker**

**Location**: Moncton, NB and Surrounding Areas

**Job Type**: Casual / Part‑Time / As Needed Based on Client Requirements

**Position Overview**
- **Personal Support Worker (PSW)**:

- **Home Support Worker**:

- **Patient Care Attendant (PCA)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support client mobility, safe transfers, and ambulation
- Offer companionship and supportive interaction
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Observe, record, and report changes in client condition
- Assist with errands, appointments, or grocery needs (use of own insured vehicle may be required)
- Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines
- Maintain a respectful, supportive, and safe environment for clients

**Qualifications**
- Certification as a **PSW, Home Support Worker, PCA, Resident Attendant**, or equivalent training
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Proof of required immunizations (including TB screening)
- Experience in homecare, community care, or long‑term care (asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within Moncton and surrounding communities
- **Bilingual applicants (English/French) are welcome and encouraged to apply**
