**About the Role**
BoConcept—Denmark’s leading furniture design brand—is opening a new showroom in downtown Toronto, and we’re looking for a talented **Design & Sales Consultant** to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for design with your ability to deliver exceptional client experiences in a beautifully curated retail environment.
As a Design & Sales Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle needs and offer tailored interior solutions using BoConcept’s customizable furniture, accessories, and layout expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome clients to the showroom and build strong, trust-based relationships
- Conduct personalized in-store and in-home design consultations
- Create layout plans and curated furniture proposals aligned with client vision
- Drive sales by offering thoughtful, needs-based solutions
- Manage the full customer journey from consultation to post-delivery follow-up
- Stay current on interior trends, collections, and brand updates
- Occasionally handle transactions and assist with showroom operations
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in interior design, space planning, or a related field
- Proven sales performance in a design, retail, or client-facing environment
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic math and spatial planning
- Familiarity with **design software** (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) and **CRM systems** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a strong asset
- Flexible, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative team

Pay: $38,077.37-$85,834.76 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
