TGI Quartz and Granite is a fast-growing company focused on kitchen countertops, vanity tops, bath and fireplace surrounds, as well as other projects using granite, quartz, marble and stone slabs.

We have an immediate opening for a Retail Sales Consultant, who will promote our goods and services to homeowners, from our TGi showroom located at 3009 Hawthrone Rd.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Promoting sales to existing clients.
- Identifying and approaching potential customers.
- Assessing customer’s requirements in order to recommend the best solutions and developing long-term relationships with all clients.
- Preparing and administering sales proposals and contracts.
- Ensuring orders are complete and consistent with internal procedures.
- Helping with planning and scheduling, using custom software for that purpose.
- Assisting with commercial activities, logístical planning and participation in **trade shows**.
- Other sales/customer service duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Experience in a stone fabrication environment, or working with kitchen/bathroom/cabinet manufacturers, and / or knowledge of granite, quartz and marble products is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Strong work ethic.
- Professionalism in manner and appearance.
