**Language, Location and Hours**:

- Akan (with focus on Twi) (In Person) - Frank Ryan Intermediate Catholic School, 128 Chesterton Drive, Nepean
- Saturday Mornings - 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Must have knowledge of and fluency of the language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing);
- Knowledgeable about the culture, history and traditions and be able to integrate them into classroom activities appropriate to the age group;
- Comfortable teaching online, in a classroom or a combination of both methods. OCSB will provide some training, support and mentoring.

**In addition, the following will be considered an asset**:

- Previous experience working with children and/or youth;
- Good computer skills (Google Apps, Microsoft Office).

**Compensation**: Instructors - $26.00/hour ($32.45 hour if OCT certified) plus 4% vacation pay (depending on qualifications).

**Anticipated Start Date**: September 6, 2025

You will be required to provide a negative Original Police Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector dated within the last 6 months if successful in the hiring process.
