Store Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Oversee payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays to attract customers
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales management within a retail environment
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent team management abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
- Proficient in phone etiquette with exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and experience in managing employee schedules
We offer competitive pay based on experience. We have a great performance based commission structure and every other weekend off.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
