**Job Title**: Personal Lines Sales Broker
Does working with prospects and clients to deliver solutions appeal to you? Do you have basic experience in Sales and want to continue on that path?
A hybrid working model based out of one of our offices is preferred, however virtual work will also be considered for this role. As a Personal Lines Broker - Sales you will report directly to the Team Leader, Personal Lines.

What the day will look like
Provides insurance advice and guidance to Personal Lines Group and Retail Clients
Identifies specific client risk exposure and develops and presents innovative coverage solutions in support of new business growth targets
Established account specific service plans and delivery approaches which support coverage solutions and provide continued opportunity for Aon product/service exposure
Answers the phone queue coverage 100% of the time
Analyzes client specific risk exposure and details coverage requirements. Prepares and presents marketing proposals for new business
Negotiates with underwriters to establish best terms and conditions with respect to premiums and coverage
Follows up with insurer(s) to confirm terms of negotiated contract are met
Establishes contacts and cultivates relationships within the underwriting community in an effort to achieve the best rates and coverage for Aon Clients
Develops coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for prospective business
Reviews and approves applicable insurance documentation
Obtaining new business through existing clients, client referrals, targeted campaigns and Aon client network and placement with appropriate insurance market
Effectively Underwrites New Business placement to ensure written business is of good qualify and profitable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets
Performing other related duties as required

Skills and experience that will lead to success
2 or more years of relevant Personal Lines or general insurance related experience.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
Working knowledge of Personal Lines, products, and services
