Customer Support Specialist

Event Caddy is an all-in-one golf tournament management software company that helps charitable and corporate event organizers promote, manage, and run their events through easy-to-use software.
We are looking for an individual to fill a hybrid role encompassing aspects of both Customer Support and Quality Assurance.
Your primary role will be as a Customer Support Representative. In this capacity you will:
- Solve problems using your knowledge of our systems and best practices.
- Consult manuals and other documentation to assist in answering inquiries.
- Report system defects, issues, feature requests, etc. to the Product Development team.
- Track assigned support tickets.
Additionally, you will assist the Product Development team with Quality Assurance testing. In this capacity you will:
- Collaborate with product management, development, sales and other stakeholders to determine requirements, investigate issues, and create tickets.
- Validate new functionality in various environments (web, mobile, back-end, etc.) for correctness, completeness, usability and security.
- Analyze and report the results of testing efforts in a clear and timely manner.
- Develop test automation strategies and frameworks.
- Over two years experience in Customer Support and/or Quality Assurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and to ask for help when needed.
- Working knowledge of Intercom or a similar customer support tools.
- Working knowledge of Notions or a similar software development tool.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
