Game Host Description:
We are looking for a high energy and driven part-time game host This position would involve hosting birthday parties, running games of laser tag, and creating an energetic atmosphere for our guests

What This Role Will Do:

- Providing exceptional customer service to customers and party guests
- Keep to the day's schedule of party and cleaning duties
- Help host birthday parties and create an experience that leaves customers wanting to come back
- Managing and overseeing large groups of guests
- Oversee opening and closing duties
- Perform cashier duties using a POYNT system
- Create and manage bookings
- Immerse kids into our facility theme
- Teach guests new and exciting tabletop games
- Guide groups through various hands-on STEM activities
- Contribute creatively to help grow a fast paced and dynamic business that is always adding new activities and experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with technology
- Flexibility of hours
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Good with children
- Cooperative attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Previous experience as a party host or in family entertainment (preferred not required)
- Smart Serve if over 18 (can be completed after hiring)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
