Our team at Ready Set Go Adventures is expanding, and we're searching for team members who thrive in interactive, fast-moving environments. Your mission: guide guests through immersive escape room adventures and help deliver an experience they won't forget.

Your Role

  • Greet groups as they arrive and set a welcoming, upbeat tone
  • Handle check-ins, payment processing, and general guest questions
  • Lead pre-game briefings, including safety info and story introductions
  • Supervise games, provide timely clues, and reset rooms for the next team
  • Step into character as part of our live-actor moments (select rooms)
  • Contribute ideas and content to support our social media presence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready space
  • Work closely with teammates to keep the operation running smoothly

What You Bring

  • A naturally outgoing, customer-first mindset
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Confidence speaking to groups and performing when required
  • Basic comfort with computers and POS/cash procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt on the fly
  • A genuine interest in helping guests have a memorable, fun experience

Schedule Expectations

  • Fridays: 3:30 PM – 1:15 AM
  • Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 1:15 AM
  • Sundays: 12:00 PM – 11:45 PM
  • Monday–Thursday: 3:45 PM – 11:45 PM (helpful but not required)
  • Typical commitment: 1–3 shifts per week, around 10–20 hours per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
